Regardless of your operation type, many production and manufacturing processes call for lifting, then positioning process equipment over mix tanks or in line with the flowing material. METO Systems’ equipment positioners more than meet the challenge with intuitive controls that greatly simplify raising and lowering equipment, and include other options to meet your operation’s specific and unique needs.

Many process applications call for lifting and then positioning process equipment in line with the material flow or over mix tanks.

METO LIFTTM lift columns offer the option of manual or powered swivel (rotation) of the lift column to facilitate the positioning of the elevated load.

  • Available with communication integration allowing for contact with plant control systems
  • Customization options include accommodations for integrated weighing operations and XP-rated areas, as well as lift attachments specific to your operational needs
  • Columns can rotate through a 350-degree arc and are capable of supporting multiple destinations
  • Drives: Pneumatic, Electric
  • Controls: Pneumatic, electric (24 VDC). basic, semi-automatic, full automation through PLC, integrated communication with plant control systems
  • Stainless Steel construction w/fine finishes for clean process areas
  • Lift attachment configured to the requirements of the specific application
  • Fail-safe lift mechanisms hold the lift in position without drift even on loss of utilities
  • Interlocking with gates and barriers forces a specific sequence of operation thereby enhancing operator safety
  • Rotational column option provides for precise positioning
  • The simplicity of design using standard components means minimized maintenance costs.
